Henlee Resourcing is working with this leading business, to recruit an senior, operationally focused HR Business Partner, into an exciting and highly diverse permanent role.

Following recent acquisition, this business has c1200 staff across the UK and boasts; a market leading position, turnover of c.£120m, high profits and ambitious growth plans!

Reporting to the HR Director, this role will take the lead for HR within two large divisions, forming an integral part of the Senior Management Team.

You will deliver the people strategy and provide HR expertise to the business, advocating change, developing a high-level of employee engagement and establishing, maintaining and developing the businesses culture. You will also manage and develop a small team, overseeing all HR activities; employee relations, performance management, retention, employee engagement, internal communications, talent management and any people focused projects / initiatives.

We seek a highly experienced and competent HR professional, who can operate with autonomy. You must have an excellent knowledge of employment law, a robust character and strong leadership skills, high levels of drive and exceptional communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.

You will also be commercially aware, highly numerate, have a flair for internal communications and strong change management experience.
