A leading Law firm, based in Central London are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assisting on design and implementation of the graduate recruitment strategy
  • Managing communications with universities, candidates and other third parties
  • Delivering events (virtual and in-person) in relation to the firm's graduate recruitment programme
  • Organising and running summer vacation schemes
  • Managing and processing vacation scheme and training contract applications
  • Organising and advising on screening of vacation scheme and training contract applications
  • Organising and running graduate recruitment assessment centres
  • Issuing relevant paperwork
  • Providing assessment day feedback
  • Creating and implementing graduate recruitment diversity and inclusion strategies and events
  • Some ad hoc lateral recruitment

As Graduate Recruitment Advisor, you will possess:

  • Previous experience at Advisor level, ideally within legal
  • Strong levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent relationship building skills
