Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ashley Kate are delighted to be working alongside a Global organisation is their search to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their existing Talent function to enable the continued success of the team. This is a permanant role with a competetive salary of £35k. 

This is a very busy and varied role that will involve the following -

Identifying and attracting exceptional candidates through a number of direct sourcing channels to maintain a consistent candidate flow
Pro-actively engaging passive and active candidates for current business demands as well as to nurture talent pools for future hiring
Creating strategies to find unique ways to build talent pipelines
Partnering with the Recruiters and Team Lead to identify talent with a meaningful emphasis on diversity
Taking pride in the candidate experience we offer
Screen CVs and profiles to assess candidates and determine fit
Attending recruitment and networking events
Writing job adverts that bring to life what is required for each role
Managing offer negotiations and ensuring a seamless on-boarding experience


To be suitable for the role you will need to possess the following skills/experience -

At least 2 years experience of managing the full end to end Recruitment cycle.
Extensive technical sourcing experience from a high volume agency background
Passionate about Diversity and Inclusion
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proactive team player
A natural relationship builder with great communication skills
