A global professional services firm are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner, key responsibilities will be (but not limited to):

  • Providing support and expertise to the leadership team to deliver effective organisational change using a range of external and internal resources
  • Taking full ownership of the business units resourcing plans to acquire the skills and behaviours needed to ensure the division has exceptional staff delivering an exceptional service
  • Delivering a talent and succession plan for the business units ensuring there is an identifiable talent pool in place and these employees are fully enabled to fulfil roles across the business units and the wider business
  • Owning the delivery of initiatives that constantly reinforces the company culture and behaviours
  • Leading on communication, improvements to be made and strengths to build on from the outputs of employee engagement activities
  • Creating a culture of excellence and best practice
  • Ensuring managers have relevant tools and advice to effectively manage employees performance
  • Taking ownership of complex ER cases
  • Leading initiatives to improve competence and capability of talent across the firm
  • Managing key HR projects
  • Acting as CSR champion

As HRBP, you will possess:

  • Solid HR background with proven ER experience
  • Proven TUPE experience is essential
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
