Job Details

Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering with a Global Media Brand who are looking to secure a permanent Internal Communications Manager to join their PR and Comms team, operating across UK and Europe. The role will be based in Central London, closest station: Piccadilly Circus.

The role is standalone and will be responsible for all internal communications across the UK and Europe-wide business, playing an integral role to shaping how they communicate to their people and about their people. You will be creating and rolling out the strategy as well as managing it on a day-to-day basis - an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to take full ownership!

Working with senior stakeholders, your responsibilities will be as follows:

* Manage and deliver internal communication channels, collate content from across the business, write engaging copy and deliver it across the various platforms.
* Partner with the UK and European People (HR) teams to communicate about their projects and on-going initiatives.
* Be the go-to person for the UK and European senior leadership team and European comms counterparts to share corporate and market updates across the business and Europe's social media channels and website.

You don't need to have 'lots' of experience in internal communications! If you have had 2-3 years' experience working within this capacity and are keen to progress and take on more responsibility, this may be the role for you!

Industry background is open, if you have strong copywriting skills, an ability to communicate through impactful, people-centric storytelling and a proactive approach, this job could be for you!
