Oakleaf Partnership are currently recruiting for an In-house Recruiter for a Globally Renowned Renewable Energy business based in the City.

The company are Europe's largest generator of renewable energy! If you are looking for a company who promote and actively develop green power solutions for a sustainable future - this is the company for you!

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will support the VP for Talent Management (within Trading and Origination) on recruitment strategies across all locations globally.

Specialising on the Trading and Origination roles, you will take full ownership for this division within the business. You will manage relationships with your senior stakeholders based in the UK and Europe as well as candidates and vendors.

To apply, you will have a proven track record within commodities recruitment from either in house or agency. This is a perfect role for someone within agency who specialises in Trading and Origination roles (and has a passion for this industry), to make their first move in house!

Salary up to £60,000 + benefits.
