Interm HR Advisor
Ashley Kate are partnering with a leading and growing business in the York area who are looking for an interim HR Advisor to join their busy HR Function for a period of 12 months. This is a well established and highly successful business
You will be the initial point of contact for general HR queries and will provide HR advice and support to managers and teams across a number of sites. You will support the team with delivering the Learning & Development plan, manage absence levels and support with on boarding and recruitment where required.
What you will be doing:
●Act as first point of contact for HR queries
●Coach/Guide/Support Managers with employee relations, in particular absences
●MI reporting and lead initiatives to address any trends which may appear
●Work on continuous policy improvements
●Advise managers on formal processes and provide HR support throughout
●Own or assist on ad-hoc projects
●Partner with managers to provide advice and training on policies/processes
●Support delivery of L&D across the site
To be considered you will be an experienced HR Advisor. If you have experience with managing HR within an Irish remit this is of particular interest. You will be CIPD level 5 or studying, and you will be available to start immediately.
