A highly successful London law firm are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join their team. Reporting into an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assisting with maintenance of accurate and up-to-date staff and Partner files, HR system information and recruitment records
  • Assisting the wider HR team with managing recruitment administration for vacancies
  • Dealing with enquiries promptly and referring these on if needed
  • Ad hoc reporting
  • Producing headcount reports
  • Preparing monthly payroll submission and reporting
  • Preparing absence statistics and identifying when action is required
  • Helping with salary review processes
  • Supporting HRBP in admin of wellbeing programme
  • Providing HR admin support to HR Director

As HR Administrator, you will possess:

  • Previous office experience
  • Strong academics, ideally to degree level
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
