People Lead

I have partnered with a globally known premium drinks business, hiring a People Lead (Head of HR role). This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Partner to make the transition to Head of HR taking on broader team responsibilities within a highly commercial and progressive HR team.

The role will be based in London, however, the organisation has embraced agile working and offer a flexible work pattern.

This new and exciting opportunity would suit someone highly commercial, who has a very proactive and strategic mindset, from a fast paced consumer product and/or retail organisation.

Partnering with corporate a client group of 150 across Sales and Marketing, your key stakeholders will be the European Regional Head who is looking for a challenging and proactive HR partner with gravitas.

My client is looking for someone to develop, lead and implement successful people strategies in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will be able to engage effectively with senior stakeholders in order to deliver a comprehensive HR service across the EMEA region.

You will be able to demonstrate supporting client groups strategically whilst underpinning this with robust generalist knowledge particularly in ER.

My client really needs someone who is confident at deciding and initiating action, whilst being a natural at influencing, especially at a senior level.

I'm looking for someone highly organised, able to work well under pressure and someone who has excellent attention to detail.
