A highly successful US Law firm are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting law fair season including university career services and campus ambassadors, booking fairs and selecting marketing materials
  • Admin support for the graduate recruitment system, e.g. sending out emails, preparing candidate interviews
  • Managing the graduate recruitment inbox, acting as first point of contact for external applicants and dealing with enquiries from students
  • Assisting with summer vacation scheme
  • Assisting with new trainee inductions
  • Assisting with assessment centres
  • Organising social and other events relating to graduate recruitment
  • Assisting with launch of open days
  • Coordinating logistics for training programmes
  • Ad hoc professional development support
  • Covering for HR Co-ordinator in their absence
  • Supporting with diversity & inclusion initiatives

As Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator, you will possess:

  • Strong education, ideally to degree level
  • Minimum of 6 month's relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong MS office skills
