Job Details
A highly successful US Law firm are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Supporting law fair season including university career services and campus ambassadors, booking fairs and selecting marketing materials
- Admin support for the graduate recruitment system, e.g. sending out emails, preparing candidate interviews
- Managing the graduate recruitment inbox, acting as first point of contact for external applicants and dealing with enquiries from students
- Assisting with summer vacation scheme
- Assisting with new trainee inductions
- Assisting with assessment centres
- Organising social and other events relating to graduate recruitment
- Assisting with launch of open days
- Coordinating logistics for training programmes
- Ad hoc professional development support
- Covering for HR Co-ordinator in their absence
- Supporting with diversity & inclusion initiatives
As Graduate Recruitment & Development Administrator, you will possess:
- Strong education, ideally to degree level
- Minimum of 6 month's relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong MS office skills
