Graduate Recruitment Lead

A leading management consulting firm are recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Lead to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

• Working with People leadership team to set appropriate graduate recruitment targets and ensuring these are met by delivering end to end recruitment process
• Designing and delivering a comprehensive European market plan
• Developing existing selection and assessment tools and training for interviewers
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience for all graduate and intern hires from attraction to day one in the firm
• Maintaining all graduate recruitment records to ensure candidates are legally compliant to work in UK and collate data via internal tracking system and providing weekly reports to the recruitment team

As Graduate Recruitment Lead, you will possess:

• Seasoned graduate recruitment experience, ideally within professional or financial services
• Strong understanding of building diverse talent pipelines
• Experience of designing selection processes and assessment centres
• Experience of delivering projects internally
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong MS office skills
• People management experience
