Description

Senior HR Administrator duties and responsibilities;

  • Manage HR inbox including query management
  • Processing new starters and leavers
  • Assist in the proactive improvement of HR policies and processes
  • Manage inductions
  • Coordinate HR services
  • Support of training
  • Help to administer and improve the graduate intake and apprenticeship programme

Profile

Experience, skills and characteristics of the Senior HR Administrator;

  • At least 12 months practical HR experience in a similar role
  • Great communications skills
  • Flexibility
  • Great work ethic
  • Desire for professional development
  • Prior HR related studies would be a large benefit with study support on offer for CIPD
