HR Manager - ER
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ER Manager/HR Manager to join this brilliant organisation to take on a newly created role focused on complex casework. There is a real opportunity to make this role your own and develop it into something bigger.
The role is initially for a 18 month fixed-term contract but has potential to be made permanent.
A well-established organisation based in Leeds.
The key priorities of this role is to manage and resolve complex employee relations case work. Working with all levels of people within the organisation you will also be expected to Business Partner, work closely with unions and their in-house legal team.
This is the ideal role for a confident and experienced HR Manager who is particularly strong on complex employee relations. You will need to hit the ground running, establishing relationships with colleagues and HR Managers who has escalated cased to you.
- Union experience would be ideal but not essential.
- Available to start ASAP ideally and happy to commit to a 18 month role.
£40,000 - £50,000 DOE + fantastic benefits!
