An exciting technology company is seeking an exceptional individual to join them as Recruiter on a temporary basis with a view to go permanent. Joining a young and vibrant team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a high volume of sales recruitment across three business subsidiaries. This is a fast-paced role working for a rapidly growing company, and you must be available for an immediate start!

  • Assisting the Recruitment team with delivering the full spectrum of the recruitment process
  • Writing job descriptions and preparing job advertisements
  • Conducting telephone screenings and face-to-face interviews
  • Shortlisting and selecting successful candidates 
  • Sourcing and attracting talent who meet the relevant criteria using social media channels and various job portals, such as LinkedIn 
  • Supporting the recruitment team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline of suitable candidates to meet the company headcount growth plan
  • Updating the candidate database and building strong relationships with candidates
  • Responding to all employment inquiries in a professional and knowledgeable manner
  • Ensuring candidates are contacted on a regular basis throughout the entire recruitment process 
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the hiring managers
  • Performing general administrative duties, such as booking in candidates for interviews, monitoring recruitment statistics, conducting reference checks and collating new joiner documentation and forms


  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an agency focused on sales roles or high volume roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work well within a close team environment and independently
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office and Excel expertise is a must
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail with the ability to identify errors quickly
  • High energy and motivation to deliver excellent results and meet service-level agreements
  • Able to effectively manage workloads and work well under pressure at all times of high activity
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment
