The Global Workday HRIS Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the Workday client base at RI receives an optimised level of centralised support, providing maximum value from the platform. This includes ownership of the 'Business as usual' and cyclical operations frameworks that relate to Workday along with the associated stakeholder and relationship management responsibilities.

Global Workday HRIS Analyst - Crawley - Remote and Office working

  • Act as a primary liaison for the Global HRIS team for existing Workday key users globally. Establish standardised communication frameworks and manage / track active books of work. Liaise with other Global HRIS team members to prioritise and implement system changes as required. Act as primary liaison for RIs "Workday Key User Group" and own all communication with this community
  • Act as primary user of 'Service Now' for Global HRIS team. Manage, assign and triage all inbound requests. Monitor metrics for patterns and opportunities for process improvements
  • Act as primary liaison for key Group HR COEs such as Talent and Reward. Own related BAU & cyclical processes from a Workday perspective (Performance and Reward cycles, mass change exercises, in flight transaction monitoring etc.). Liaise with solutions resources on technical change where appropriate.
  • Run Employee Expenses Operations for UK clients utilizing the Workday Expenses module
  • Oversee the suite of existing Workday related integrations - manage process health and troubleshoot queries and issues
  • Support the Workday Management Information agenda - provide ad hoc reports when needed, and promote user self-sufficiency. Oversee the Workday scheduled report suite and proactively manage process health. Assist with Group Payroll related reporting as needed.
  • Own all centralised processing relating to Workday absence tracking (leave balance adjustments etc.) as needed.
  • Support refresher training for key resources on an exception basis
  • Owner of the calendar of cyclical configuration updates related to the Workday platform (Public Holidays, FX Rates etc.)
  • Provide support for Global exception based employee transactions (International transfers, terminated employees in payroll etc.)
  • Primary support resource for Workday Mass updates (EIB)
  • Provide support to wider Group HRIS team on Workday Implementations and enhancements. Provide stabilisation report as and when required (manage unassigned tasks, employee identity transitions etc.)

  • Substantial experience in an Operational type role within a HR environment
  • Substantial experience with Workday and Workday Data Concepts
  • Substantial experience in Stakeholder Management and Communication


  • Experience with CRM tools and protocols
  • Experience with Management Information and reporting within a HR environment
  • Experience with system integrations
