Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading logistics business based near Cheddar / South Bristol to recruit a commercially orientated "hands on" HRBP to cover maternity leave starting in July. The business has a flexible working policy - you will however be required to visit site c. 2 days per week.

This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Advisor / HRBP looking to take the lead in HR for their specific business area.

Reporting to a commercial and influential HR Manager this is a true generalist role. We are looking for you to possess at least 18 months experience business partnering with solid and up-to-date knowledge of employment law, ideally gained within a multi-site, 24/7 operation. You will be creative and pragmatic, possess a strong commercial acumen and have evidence of partnering to deliver business objectives.
