Interim HR Business Partner
We are looking for an established HR Business partner with a proven track record of strategic partnering with stakeholders to deliver HR change projects. The organisation are a wonderful charity who over the last 12-18 months have doubled in size due to the demand in their services.
Due to this rapid growth, they now have a slight backlog in HR projects that they need to bring to life to ensure the infrastructure of the organisation is fit for purpose. Hence the need for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them, initially on a temporary basis. You will work with the Head of HR to help across the below areas
- Line management capability, with lots of new managers in post and with the pressure and demands on managers over the last year or so, lots of coaching, training and development is going to be invested in the line manager community
- Pay & Reward, having grown by so much, they are looking at introducing pay grading systems, reviewing their reward and bench marking too
- Reviewing contracts
- Contributing to the wider HR agenda and policies
We are looking for a CIPD Level 7 qualified HR professional who can demonstrate the above experience in their CV and who has a team player attitude and shares the same values and beliefs of this charity.
The organisation are based in Oxfordshire and would like this Interim Business Partner to be on site with them for at least 1 day a fortnight, the rest of the time you can work from home if you feel you have a productive and safe home working environment.
