Senior HR Advisor
A rare opportunity for a part-time Senior HR Advisor opportunity. This role is initially for a 10 month interim period and 30 hours per week.
NHS provider in West Yorkshire.
Key responsibilities of this role are to hit the ground running and support on policy work, along with:
- Support line managers by providing professional advice and guidance on all employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management issues etc.
- Ensure that all new, current and concluded employee relations cases are recorded, updated and closed on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system in an accurate and timely manner
- Develop and deliver training packages and presentations on policies and procedures, local agreements and terms and conditions issues to enable line managers to take responsibility for their staff matters
The ideal candidate will be immdiately available and have ideally NHS experience in a previous HR capacity.
Band 7 - £38,890 - £44,503pa pro-rated
