HR Manager - Multi Site

We are working with an industry leading provider of workplace Health and Safety solutions. The organisation have over 700 employees across the world and around 250 of these are based across multiple sites in the UK.
Your new role
The need has arisen for a HR Manager to join the UK HR team with the purpose of providing HR Support to managers and employees across 16 sites in the UK and some international work. There will be some travel to across the sites when needed and the home office for the majority of the time will be Birmingham. This will be a really varied role, spanning the entire employee life cycle, coaching and developing managers, challenging behaviour that needs improvement and educating your stakeholders on best practice and modern people management.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous multi-site experience would be highly beneficial, as would previous knowledge of Health & Safety. You will need to be a confident and credible HR professional who can be the 'go-to' for all HR matters that Managers and Employees within your sites may need support with. This role is very HR Ops heavy so its essential you have a solid HR generalist background and can advise, guide and coach managers and employees across the full HR spectrum.
