We have a current opportunity for a Talent Project Lead on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Reading. Our client requres someone well versed in delivering global projects and driving transformation.

Following a reorganisation, our client with offices globally is undertaking a number of business criical projects, with TA being where the biggest need is currently. Some of the hot areas of focus are Global Assessment , Attraction and Employee Value Proposition. This role will develop and the successful applicant will, in time, work on further projects right across the People Experience life cycle, meaning there is great scope in this role for someone adaptable, who is looking to progress their career trajectory.

You will have excellent problem solving skills, bring new ideas to the organisation, be articulate and solutions orientated. You will have demonstrable ability to engage Influence and inspire at all levels, have courage to tackle issues and manage appropriately.

Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a consultancy capacity, delivering best in class solutions on a global scale, as well as having experience in an "in house" resourcing/talent projects role in a global or multi coutry environment.

As this is a project role, of course you will have excellent analytical skills, a high degree of commerical acumen, as well as stron organisational, planning and delegation skills.
