The client is a large telecommunications organisation based in Birmingham

Description

As Talent Programme Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Lead in the design and delivery of the Senior Leader Talent programmes
  • Build a strong and robust pipeline of candidates at the senior level to promote high growth
  • Bringing fresh, creative and innovative ideas about how to attract and retain senior talent within the organisation
  • Implement and deliver on succession planning and identifying high potential individuals
  • Utilise the data to be able to 'tell a story' and influence the SLT with that data
  • Focus on Diversity and Inclusion and how the organisation can attract and retain diverse individuals with the right skillsets and also maintain a fully inclusive culture
  • Ensure the organisation is at the forefront of developing and attracting senior talent by keeping updated with current market trends and utilising personal network of suppliers and external organisation

Profile

The successful candidate will

  • Have strong Programme/Project management skills including scoping, planning, critical path management, risks, resources and reporting
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Able to analyse and interpret data to tell a story and use as evidence
  • Able to think outside the box, utilising creative methods and means to achieve project goals
  • Good understanding of business acumen, drivers of organisational performance, financial measures etc
  • Adaptable and flexible to changing situations
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment that is also large and complex in structure

Job Offer
