I am representing a leading global company who play a key role in British culture and are an influential leader in the technology world who are currently going through an exciting period of transformation. This is a fantastic organisation who put people at the focus of what they do. Due to a number of strategic people projects my client is recruiting an experienced HR change manager to take a lead on a people transformation project on a 12-month FTC.
Your new role
Reporting to the senior programme manager with a dotted line into the HR director, This role is critical in supporting corporate units to plan and deliver people-related change programmes successfully, whilst helping us to maintain a brilliant colleague experience.The Change Manager will support the delivery of strategic people programmes, working closely with HRBPs leading people-related change and corporate unit leaders to support delivery on these key transformation programmes. The role holder will work closely with their counterparts across HR and the transformation programme to share learning, best practice to ensure a consistent approach to the delivery and the execution of people-related change across Corporate Units.The successful candidate will be responsible for driving change management techniques for people projects as well as Creating change and transition plans to implement people related changes. You will own the change impact assessments and related change plans for projects whilst ensuring a high level of employee experience throughout.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working for a large-scale complex organisation and taking a lead on a change management project. The successful candidate will also have experience of being involved in a location change project whilst being able to demonstrate an understanding of change management and how to support teams to manage and deliver lasting change. You will also have experience of facilitating workshops whilst also being able to apply data driven analytics to drive insight led transformation activities. The successful candidate will be an experienced senior HRBP or head of HR, however my client will only consider candidates who have led a change management project within a large-scale organisation. Please note the successful candidate must have experience working for a large corporate organisation and be able to demonstrate leading on a project. You must also be comfortable with data, analytics and excel.
