Household brand in the FMCG space are looking for a Rewards manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
They are looking for an individual with a broad understanding of rewards and benefits and will work closely with the remuneration committee, which consists of the CEO and Group HRD to ensure the current rewards and benefits platform maxes out, across its 3 year plan whilst looking at how the organisation can be more flexible and start to tackle important topics to the organisation such as ethnicity pay gap, mental health and wellbeing. You will be the keeper not owner of these subject matters
They are seeking someone with a varied background who can bring new ideas perhaps from other sectors.
You will be articulate, and able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as strong up to date reward knowledge.
