EMEA Total Reward Director
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global consultancy that are going through a period of substantial growth. They currently have an opportunity for an EMEA Total Reward Director to join the team.
Reporting into the HRD you will have a number of responsibilities including:
* Taking responsibility for and looking at building and developing the reward strategy
* Manging and leading on all cyclical reward activities including salary reviews, benchmarking and job evaluations
* Taking an in depth look at the business and job roles and analysing fixed and variable pay across all levels
* Developing relationships with key stakeholders in the business to fully understand how to take the business forward from a reward perspective
We are looking for someone with a strong reward background, who has worked on an international basis and who wants to be involved in a business that is constantly evolving and one where you will have a real impact on the direction of the organisation.
