Internal Resourcer | South Manchester | FTC / Temp to Perm | £23,000
Your new company
Successful and dynamic Consultancy organisation provision support services to the NHS for programmes & projects are seeking to appoint on a temp to perm basis an enthusiastic internal Resourcer to join their Cheshire based team
Your new role
You'll provide effective candidate sourcing and recruitment service for IT & DT contract project roles to support programmes within the NHS, in addition to internal roles direct for the business. As an enthusiastic and proactive resourcer you'll be familiar with sourcing techniques using ATS, social media and job boards. Also liaising effectively with the team manager to deliver on the clients brief. You will have an understanding of where to source the best candidates utilising networks and attraction techniques. You'll be highly organised with the ability to perform in volume, fast based recruitment environment committed to providing high service levels.
No sales or business development activity is required for this role as business is secured with exclusive client contracts
What you'll need to succeed
- prior experience in a recruitment support or resourcing role
- knowledge of candidate attraction and sourcing
- excellent organisational skills
- strong IT & System skills
- passion for recruitment
- prior knowledge / experience of NHS and or IT recruitment advantageous
