The HR Associate will be responsible for a wide range of duties encompassing several areas of HR. You will be working in a small team of 6 other HR professionals reporting into the HR Director.

Client Details

The client is a Financial Services firm specialising in investment management. The client has offices across the globe with their headquarters based in Central London and is recognised as an incredibly reputable business in their industry.

Description

-Responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding employees

-HR Administration including drafting contracts, letters and other documentation

-Ownership of the entire recruitment life cycle, including screening CV's scheduling and attending interviews

-Update and maintain the HR System

- Manage the HR inbox and responding to employee queries

-Payroll administration

-Ad-hoc HR Operational projects

Profile

The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of HR experience, ideally from financial services and will have or at least be working towards their CIPD qualification. Strong knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel is essential.

Ideally you will be degree educated and have experience in the duties listed above. The client is looking for driven, articulate individuals who will have strong team player attributes.
