Ashley Kate HR are currently supporting a fantastic organisation to recruit for a HR Manager
This is a real hands on generalist HR role supporting and providing generalist advice to management across the organisation regarding terms and conditions of employment.
Reporting into the Executive Director of HR, you will support with management of key people related projects and change projects.
In terms of managing the team, you will be responsible for a team of 3 as well as supporting the recruitment officer by providing advice and support to a range of recruitment strategies.
You will organise, create and deliver effective staff induction and on boarding programmes and be responsible for development of the annual CPD programme for all staff and champion career development and progression within the business.
You will coordinate and report on key findings from a range of staff surveys and champion good mental health and wellbeing and to manage a range of associated services to support this.
You will be CIPD Level 5 or qualified, with proven experience in a similar role and experiened in managing a team.
The role is Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week however flexibility is required for occasional evening or weekend work.
