Talent Acquisition Partner for leading global pharmaceutical company, £250 per day, based in Cambridge

Your new company
A leading global pharmaceutical company with headquarters in Cambridge is looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner to attract talent into Bio Pharmaceuticals R&D team. A 6-month contract to start with, likely to be made permanent.


Your new role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be working as part of a cutting-edge in-house Talent Acquisition Function. You will be responsible for delivering Talent Acquisition solutions in partnership with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Lead to proactively identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals with the right capability and skills in a fast-paced challenging market.

This will involve proactive activity, developing and executing sourcing plans, building talent pipelines, conducting direct sourcing activity, research, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management and managing the hiring administration process.

This role is full lifecycle recruitment in a very hand on fast moving environment where you will advise, coach and influence hiring managers to ensure best in class service delivery to the business and candidates.

You will build strong trusting relationships both with internal stakeholders and candidates and ensure both have a good experience with Talent Acquisition throughout the process.

You will work with 3rd party vendors on occasion for niche hard to fill roles but you will be targeted on a direct fill rate - utilizing our internal Talent Scout for senior hires and internal recruitment marketing teams for campaigns. Collating feedback and providing hiring metrics and data analytics on performance and reporting to identify areas for continuous improvement will also be key in this role.


What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for individuals who will have experience of the full life cycle recruitment process ideally with a background working in complex in-house or MSP or RPO environments. A background in BioTech or Pharma recruitment would be an advantage but it is not essential.

Most importantly we are looking for an experienced recruiter who will have proven experience sourcing talent using various channels and thinking outside the box to go above and beyond expectations. Strong communication skills and proven senior stakeholder management a must. You will possess excellent persuading and influencing skills with a customer focused and results orientated approach

The remuneration is competitive from £250 to £300 a day for exceptional candidates. Working from home to start, with the view that you will be working in the Cambridge office 4 days a week with 1 working from home once restrictions lift.
