Your new role
As HR Director you will deliver HR strategy that supports business agenda. For this role the key focuses are on Reward & L&D, supporting the senior leadership teams in these areas. You will work closely with the Group HR Director, to shape and develop the Group HR initiatives, policies, and processes as well as actively participate in the overall leadership and strategy of Group Functions as a member of the Management Team, using expertise to introduce mechanisms, policies and practices relating to HR issues.

What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have experience of working as an HR Director in a complex, Unionised environment supporting blue and white collar workers. You will be able to demonstrate that you have worked across Reward and L&D in depth and that you are customer centric and inclusive in your approach. Strong presenting and inter personal skills are a must as you will be responsible for ensuring HR is seen in a positive light. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a temp to perm role.
