Your new role
The new Recruitment Administrator will assist the Recruitment managers in the end-to-end talent acquisition process for roles across crucial business functions such as Underwriting, Claims, Finance Information Technology, Business Change, Actuarial, HR, Marketing, and other growing functions. From the creation of a performance profile to gaining the candidate's acceptance, the team drives the full cycle of our talent acquisition process helping to establish our reputation as a best in class recruiting team.

The ideal candidate will be someone committed to providing a candidate and client experience that exceeds expectations and who can operate with a high degree of integrity, has excellent administration and organisational abilities along with previous experience of working within recruitment.
