We are pleased to be working with this global construction business to recruit a HR Systems & Reward Manger, to be based out of their prestigious offices in Birmingham.
Your new role
Working as part of a wider HR team you will be responsible for managing and maintaining their HR systems and ensuring that the data held within the systems is accurate and up to date. You will also be responsible for driving forward their reporting abilities and ensuring the wider organisation has the data it needs to deliver a first class service. Alongside this you will liaise with payroll regarding the on-boarding of new starters, ensuring that their pay and benefits is in line with organisational standards. It's a great time to be joining this organisation as their are a number of key projects to deliver as part of this role, including the implementation of a new HR and payroll system and the training of users on this system. They are also looking at reviewing their pay and benefits package to ensure they stand out from the crowd as an employer of choice.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Systems & Reward Manger, who has a strong systems and reporting background. Experience of reward packages would also be advantageous. There is the option to work from home a couple of days a week, but candidates should be within a commutable distance of Birmingham.
