This role is to support the HR and Learning and Development Manager (HR/L&D.M) in the delivery of the HR service function to the business with a focus on leading the L&D strategy of the office.

Client Details

A fund administration, investor services and private equity firm with over 500 employee's based internationally.

Description

30% HR responsibilities and 70% Learning & Development.

The HR & Learning and Development advisor will be responsible for managing the on-boarding and life-cycle of all new employee's along with designing and developing new policies and procedures with the HR Manager.

This role is very busy and varied and will cover all aspect of HR with a particular focus on L&D

The HR & Learning and Development Advisor will be responsible for designing and executing training needs analysis, coordinating and executing the graduate programme and support the delivery of diversity and inclusion training workshops, along with much more!

Profile

Degree or equivalent required

CIPD or L&D qualification preferred

Minimum of 3 years experience

Good analytical skills

Excellent attention to detail

Experience of using a LMS would be a bonus

Professional or Financial Services experience only
