A recognised financial services firm based near St Pauls is in the market for an exciting new role as HR Project Consultant. This role, starting in July, requires an experienced HR professional with a good level of generalist experience as well as project coverage.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for around 8-10 initiatives over the next 6-9 months. The successful candidate will be expected to project manage a number of projects and initiatives which have been identified as part of the HR function's change programme, with a particular focus around policy development and process improvement.

You will have a track record of successful delivery of HR projects with a particular focus on change/process improvement initiatives and policy writing. Coverage of the following areas with the project focus would be preferred: policy & process, designing performance appraisals, remuneration schemes, international employment law, competency frameworks and succession planning.
