A fortune 500 professional services and investment management firm who specialise in real estate are looking to recruit for a talent development manager to support their graduate population.
Your new role
Reporting into the COO, this is a key role in delivering major strategic priorities and being a central contact for business leaders through running the central resource team, Business Development & Analytics and driving overall operational efficiency for the business through the support infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have worked within a professional services firm previously and have supported a graduate (early careers) population. You will have lead resource planning, recruitment of graduates, the development of career pathways, overseeing mentoring programs and creating bespoke training programmes.
