The client is an growing SME in Worcester

Description

As Organisational Development Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Develop and Implement the People Strategy within the organisation
  • Lead the development of L&D & OD initiatives across the organisation and promote a real culture change within the business
  • Manage the Learning and Development Budget and liaising with external providers to ensure the organisation is receiving valuable and up to date training in both technical and soft skills
  • Implement and enable managers to think about succession planning within the organisation and identifying high performing talent
  • Implement Workforce planning within the organisation, identifying current skills vs future needs
  • Lead the Best Companies engagement process
  • Work closely with the HR team and business stakeholders to facilitate completion of an organisational needs analysis
  • Lead the implementation of a leadership development programme

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a proven track record in Change Management/Organisational Development role
  • Ideally experience within a digital/technology organisation
  • Qualification in HR, OD or equivalent
  • Coaching and influencing skills
  • Experience in design and delivery of leadership development programme
  • Experience implementing workforce and succession planning
  • Up to date Employment Law knowledge
