Description
Working as part of a team you will be joining for an interim period in order to help recruit during an extremely busy time.
- A 360 recruitment role
- Working with key stakeholders in order to take job briefs and advise
- Source, advertise and provide a shortlist of candidates across blue and white collar roles.
- Arrange interviews and play a part in the interview process with hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate journey ensuring the candidates has a great recruitment experience.
- Manage the from offer to onboarding into the business.
Profile
- Is immediately available and can commit to a 3 month duration
- Has an internal recruitment background recruiting for blue and white collar roles
- Has a 360 recruitment background and can work at pace with a high number of vacancies
- Have excellent stakeholder management
