HR Advisor

We have a current opportunity for a HR Officer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Leighton Buzzard.

Main responsibilities or this role will include:

Providing advice and support to line managers on various ER and welfare issues.

Assist line managers with HR activity around TUPE, redundancy and contractual changes.

Ensure Company HR policies and procedures are promoted and effective providing coaching and training.

Work closely with the Recruitment manager of hiring matters

Deal with any HR queries from employees and support the HR Manager in day to day activities to ensure the smooth running of the HR Department.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous HR generalist experience of working in a fast moving business environment

Relevant educational and professional HR qualification

Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
