I have partnered a growing Trading House in their search for a Talent & Performance Advisor to join their growing HR department. This is a business-critical hire with the focus to create, run & manage the training of the junior and experienced traders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process across the organisation
- Implement the organisations specific trader graduate scheme
- Collaborate with the HR Manager throughout the University Careers Fair cycle
- Constantly reviewing the performance, attraction & retention process & suggest ways to improve
- Monthly & quarterly training and performance meetings
- Ad-hoc requests from HR Manager and Director of Trading
Skills:
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Highly organised
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
- CIPD Level 3/5 and or degree in HR / Psychology
- Experience supporting performance
- Financial Services (desirable)
