Interim HR Advisor
Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a growing business as they look to recruit for an interim HR Advisor role to cover maternity leave. This is a full time role, based in Southampton with a salary of up to £32k.
Reporting in the HR Manager, the role will be building effective working relationships at all levels, providing first line advice and guidance on all aspects of HR.
Key responsibilities include:
·Manage investigations and support the HR Manager with complex Employee Relations issues.
·Providing advice and guidance to managers on absence management issues and return to work cases.
·Manage and monitor sickness absence patterns/trends, arranging absence review meetings with employee's.
·Adhere to processes so that recruitment of staff is in accordance with safer recruitment strategies and good practise requirements.
We are looking for:
·Previous experience working a generalist role managing ER casework including investigations and absence management.
·Minimum CIPD level 3 qualified.
·Previous experience advising and guiding through any HR issues or queries such as recruitment or policies and procedures.
·Available for a start ideally in August.
