Your new Job
In your new job as HR Assistant you will responsible in delivering a generalist HR Administration and advisory service to the firm. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a HR shared service environment, strong IT skills including the use of HR systems and be highly analytical with the ability to manipulate data. Your role will be heavy on admin duties and will be the first point of contact for any HR queries. Your responsibilities as a HR Assistant will include the whole employee life-cycle, dealing with maternity/paternity and sickness, monitoring the mailbox, and providing confidential advice to any HR related queries. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude, be professional in their approach and be self-motivated.
