I have partnered with a leading Insurance organisation as they look to hire a HR Change Manger to oversee the process changes within the HR operations team. The role will focus on the management of change projects to optimise the HRIS system internationally.


  • Manage the HR operations change plan ensuring all objectives and deliverables are kept to the desired deadline
  • Documenting change impacts, including process maps and training materials
  • Ensure the global design principles align with the end solution expectations
  • Proactively secure and develop relationships with the core HR team to manage dependencies across different functions
  • Manage future change plans


  • Proven project management experience within change
  • Previous Workday skill
  • Strong communication skills
  • Interest in questioning and transforming the "norm"
  • Expertise in process mapping and reengineering
