I have partnered with a leading Insurance organisation as they look to hire a HR Change Manger to oversee the process changes within the HR operations team. The role will focus on the management of change projects to optimise the HRIS system internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the HR operations change plan ensuring all objectives and deliverables are kept to the desired deadline
- Documenting change impacts, including process maps and training materials
- Ensure the global design principles align with the end solution expectations
- Proactively secure and develop relationships with the core HR team to manage dependencies across different functions
- Manage future change plans
Skills:
- Proven project management experience within change
- Previous Workday skill
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in questioning and transforming the "norm"
- Expertise in process mapping and reengineering
