A global investment bank are looking for an experienced HR Operations specialist to join the business on a 12 month FTC HR Operations Manager role, based in the City and to start as soon as possible.

HR Operations Manager- salary circa £70,000-80,000 plus completion bonus (total comp £80,000-90,000)
This will be to manage a team of 4-5 and to lead on both the UK and International HR Operations team. This is a regulated environment, the role will be hands on, working top to bottom and improving operational effectiveness. The hiring manager needs somebody to hit the ground running, who is pragmatic, sensible in thought and who can identify areas of development. This is a leadership position supporting 12 countries, mainly UK/Ireland and Singapore.

  • Automation and change of HR
  • HR Operations reviews
  • Manage and develop the HR Operations team including setting individual and departmental objectives in line with the Business Strategy
  • Manage priorities and coordinate activities of the team
