Your new company
This busy and growing organisation has the need for 2 new HR Advisors in the team, one on a permanent basis and one on a 12 month FTC. They are looking for generalist candidates who are experienced HR professionals, ideally from a Public Sector background.
Your new role
The role will be to support the HRBP in both strategic and operational HR support. You will need to contribute significantly to the raising of the performance, effectiveness and contribution of staff in the assigned area of the organisation you will be looking after. You will also be advising on employment law, HR policies and procedures, oversee recruitment and deal with high level appointments, dealing with DBS checks along with case work and ER matters along many other things.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have generalist HR experience and ideally come from a public sector background. You will need to be able to travel a couple of days a week to the Wolverhampton office from September on wards and experience in all of the areas listed above.
