HR Business Partner
Were seeking an experienced HR Business Partner with Change Management experience including transition TUPE
Were seeking experienced HRBP/Change Partner to work as part of a strategic HR change team.
We are supporting a large scale organisation with a transformation change programme and as such we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a fixed term contracts to work as part of a strategic people change team to start asap through to end of Sept 2021.
You will be working as part of a team to create a variety of change management activities to transition 6000 + employees into different organisations.
The people change team will be responsible for developing the transition strategy, principals, programme and dependencies for enabling the transition of employees to the receiver organisations by the 1st October.
Key project activities include : -
- Organisational Change/Transition planning
- Leadership & Staff Support
- Redundancy / Redeployment/ Retirement / Recruitment controls
- Staff Engagement / communication
- Consultation / Process
- Commissioning internal / external teams
- TUPE & COSOP Organisational restructures / transition onto new organisation
- Appeals Process
- Job Matching / Job Selection / Job Evaluation
As HRBP/Change Partners you will be working on a variety of the above project elements in a strategic & operational capacity.
We are seeking an HR Business Partner with a background of NHS/Civil Service/public sector / local authority with a full background of complex change management including Transition projects such as TUPE or possibly COSOP.
MCIPD/Chartered MCIPD desirable
Fixed term contract working from Home offered
Possible to also consider interim contract via Hays on day rate - PAYE/Umbrella Company inside scope IR35.
