Regional HR Manager position based either Tamworth or Northampton, salary up to £45k + car + benefits

Client Details

The client is a large construction organisation

Description

As Regional HR Manager you will be responsible for;

  • Supporting the Group HRD and Senior HRM in design and delivery of the People plan
  • Manage ER across specified region
  • Support in implementation and execution of group initiatives
  • Drive forward Talent Management agenda focusing on attraction, development and retention across the business
  • Support people managers and coach/upskill them to deal with HR matters
  • Support with workforce planning for senior roles
  • Provide and support with MI/Reporting
  • Liaise and work closely with other Regional HR Managers ensuring a consistent approach
  • Promote the values of the organisation internally and externally
  • Promote EDI initiatives across the organisation ensuring D&I is embedded across the organisation

Profile

The successful candidate will;

  • Proven track record operating as HR Manager/HR Business Partner across a large complex organisation - ideally multi-site
  • Expert in Employment law and able to give expert advice and guidance on complex ER casework
  • Experience working on strategic elements of HR including Talent Management including succession planning
  • Experience supporting in the design and delivery of the People agenda
  • Collaborative and innovative working style
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
