Your new role:
As an HR Change Partner (6 Month FTC) you will be responsible for managing large scale TUPE processes, from end-end, both TUPE In and TUPE Out.
You will be responsible for managing large scale, complex change management projects including changes of terms and conditions, redundancies and re-organisation.
You will be responsible for building the capability of the line managers through effective coaching in managing people.
You will be responsible for complex, high risk employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance management.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as an HR BP/ HR Change Specialist, managing large scale TUPE processes from end-end, both TUPE In and TUPE Out, affecting over 200 employees at one time. You must have experience managing multiple HR projects at one time. You must also have experience managing complex and high risk ER cases from end-end. You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
