Leadership & Management Trainer - Lincoln - £28000 Based at "Work From Home" (remote) - but with training and meetings on sites in Lincolnshire (Lincoln, Boston, Skegness, Grantham)

Your new company
A large reputable organisation in the 2nd party service provision area, with a great reputation for customer service & support, and internal staff development - based on the outskirts of Lincoln - are looking to recruit a Leadership & Management Trainer into their Learning & Development team.

Your new role
Reporting to the L&D Manager you will be responsible for the provision of the " niche" staff area of Management and Leadership cohorts.

You will provide the full suite of leadership, management and interpersonal skills training to colleagues at all levels. This role will support the ongoing focus in development a strong leadership culture within Lincolnshire Police through effective and adaptive training interventions. Supporting the Learning and Development Manager you will shape, develop, and deliver a wide portfolio of courses along with embedding the coaching and mentoring programmes across organisation.

Duties include:
Delivery and development of the Leadership and Management portfolio of courses to a wide range of staff, from first line to senior management positions.
Co-ordinate and administer the Coaching and Mentoring Framework Liaise with associated bodies to ensure that the organisation's courses meet national standards and accreditation levels.
Manage the 360 and personality profile assessments and provide support on understanding the feedback and how to focus development opportunities utilising the assessment tools.
Support internal assessment of leadership and management portfolio's as part of the organisation's career development processes.
Support continuous improvement of the programme content through the review, design and development of courses to support our blended learning approach.
Design and delivery of Leadership and Management courses in line with accreditation frameworks, ensuring appropriate content management, version control, trainers notes, knowledge mapping and lesson plans are in place and maintained.

You will work closely with other members of the People Development (L&D) team, the forces' colleagues, internal/external stakeholders and external delivery teams.

NB the Interview process will consist of a virtual 1st interview and then a 2nd stage Covid secure panel competency-based interview and a brief presentation.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant MUST hold:
Level 5 CMI or ILM qualification in Leadership and Management
Level 4 trainers' qualification (CET or equivalent)
An Assessor's qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33)
Experience of 360 feedback and facilitation

You will be able to demonstrate experience of design and delivery of leadership and management materials, courses and events across multiple platforms (F2F, Online etc); experience of training needs analysis and defining development needs; and excellent written, oral, inter-personal and communication skills
