Job Details
A Regionally focused HR Business Partner is sought, to join a leading household name retailer in an exciting and newly created role.
Supporting the Head of HR and working closely with the Regional Manager, this commercially focused position will offer huge diversity; building organisation and people capabilities, developing, shaping, and implementing an effective people strategy and regional business plan and, providing a professional, trusted, customer focussed HR service to the business.
This full-time role will be based from home, with 2-3 days/week on the road, at various locations across the Home Counties and East Anglia. You can be based anywhere in the South East of England but, ideally close to the M25.
Suitable applicants will have a proven track record of working at HR Partner level, within multi-site retail, hospitality, or similar environments, with a customer centric approach and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
You must be a strong with MI reporting and interpretation, possess excellent employment law knowledge and, be comfortable in a fast-paced change environment.
